Of Blessed Memory

The genesis of the African Jewish Alliance is dedicated to the blessed memory of Olga Meshoe Washington (1981 – 2025), beloved daughter-in-law to board member Pastor Dumisani Washington. Olga was intimately involved with the Alliance even prior to its creation, and was a featured speaker at its founding conference in Washington in June of 2024. A native of South Africa, she was one of the most extraordinary champions Jews, Israel, and Africans alike have ever been blessed to have. Her 2017 Prager University video laying waste to the claim that Israel was an apartheid nation has been viewed more than 1.4 million times. Had she lived, she would have been one of the future’s most dynamic leaders. Her poise, obsidian-sharp mind, and soulful eloquence as a speaker conquered hearts across the planet. Our work goes forth in her shadow, and in her debt.
